prioritize your health and feel like you again

just because it’s common, doesn’t mean it’s normal

this is my favorite phrase to use when talking about women’s health because sometimes it feels like we’ve let too many symptoms become what we assume to be a part of the “normal” female experience.

we’ve all done it - you chat with your girlfriends and you feel so seen because maybe the mood swings, fatigue, or trouble losing weight as we age is common amongst us. maybe it’s because we’re all surviving through motherhood or approaching peri menopause, but we hear our friends experiencing the same things, so we accept what we feel as the normal aging process.

no, no, no! just because it’s common - doesn’t mean it’s normal. there is always a way to feel better. and that’s my job as a naturopathic doctor. to dive individually and decide what’s causing your symptoms and work from there out.

want to know what this process of working with me looks like?

my personal story

As a naturopathic doctor, when I found myself trudging through motherhood in survival mode, I knew I had to make changes. I utilized all the tools I knew and prioritized my health.

what happened? I surprised myself by going in to my 30s the best i’ve ever felt - physically and mentally. it allowed me to show up better as a mom for my kids and sparked a passion in me to help other women, too.

you don’t have to be a mom to put your health on the back burner - sometimes it’s our careers, others, etc. I want to empower women that we can get better with age. our 30s and 40s and 50s are a powerful time to waste away not feeling optimal.
